Terms & conditions
These terms apply to IPR first-draft services supplied by Whites Science Innovation Limited (“WSI”, “we”, “us”), operating FirstDraftz.ai. Please read them with our refund policy, privacy policy and your signed NDA.
1. Your service
We prepare AI-generated IPR application first drafts for India and the United States, reviewed and edited by humans for correctness. Drawings with reference numerals are included where required by the agreed brief. Each paid draft is one deliverable based on the information you provide.
Subsequent edits, additional versions, changed instructions and revision rounds are outside the package. This does not exclude remedies required by law where the service fails to meet the agreed scope or applicable standards.
2. What is outside the package
The service does not include filing, government fees, searches, prosecution, examination responses, hearings, representation or a guarantee of registration or grant, unless separately agreed in writing. A first draft is not a guarantee of patentability, freedom to operate or filing compliance. You remain responsible for the decision to file and for obtaining appropriate professional review before filing.
3. Ordering and agreement
Complete and sign the NDA, save it, and email it with your brief to info@firstdraftz.ai. We confirm whether we can accept the work and issue an invoice describing the scope, price and delivery arrangements. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by email; payment is required before work starts. Signing the NDA alone does not place an order or create a payment obligation.
We provide these terms and the refund policy with the invoice or order confirmation in a form you can retain. Any agreed variation must be recorded in writing. The NDA governs confidentiality; the invoice governs the agreed scope and schedule; mandatory legal rights always prevail.
4. Prices and payment

All amounts are GBP. The displayed totals apply 20% VAT. If a different tax treatment legally applies to your order, it will be explained on your invoice before payment. Enterprise pricing is agreed individually. Pay the invoiced amount via PayPal to ukoffice@whitesscience.com and include the invoice number. Your payment provider may separately charge currency conversion fees.
5. Your information and responsibilities
You confirm that you have authority to share all submitted material, that your instructions are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that the proposed work is lawful. Provide a complete technical description, intended jurisdiction, required application type, inventors’ or applicants’ details where needed, and relevant drawings or reference materials. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. We may ask for missing information before starting.
6. Delivery
We aim to email the first draft and required drawings within 1–2 days or sooner after cleared payment and receipt of complete information. This is an estimated turnaround, not a guaranteed deadline unless expressly agreed. We confirm bulk-order schedules on the invoice. We will tell you if missing information, complexity or another issue changes the expected delivery date. Please identify any filing deadline before ordering; we do not monitor filing deadlines.
Delivery is to the email address you provide. If an attachment is missing or inaccessible, contact us for re-delivery. Website delivery counters are illustrative estimates, not verified order statistics.
7. Ownership and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your information and intellectual property. On full payment, WSI assigns to you any rights it owns in the bespoke deliverable, excluding pre-existing tools, templates and third-party material. To the extent WSI-owned background material is embedded in the deliverable, WSI grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it as part of the deliverable. No exclusive rights are promised in material in which copyright does not subsist. The NDA governs confidential information.
8. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Our refund policy explains the single-draft delivery cutoff and the three-hour bulk-order cutoff, subject to mandatory rights. We encourage you to try one draft before buying a bulk package.
If you are a consumer and a statutory cancellation period applies, we will obtain your separate express request before beginning work during that period. Where the law requires it, we will also obtain your acknowledgement about loss of cancellation rights on full performance. Signing the NDA or simply paying is not treated as that separate request.
9. Problems and responsibility
Email info@firstdraftz.ai with your invoice number and a clear description of any concern. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights applicable where a consumer lives. The version supplied with your accepted order governs that order; later website changes do not retrospectively change it.
