Privacy policy
Whites Science Innovation Limited operates FirstDraftz.ai and is responsible for the personal information it handles for enquiries, NDAs, orders and customer support. Contact: info@firstdraftz.ai, Cunningham Way, Watford, United Kingdom.
1. Information you provide
We may receive your name, organisation, role, contact and billing details, NDA and typed signature, order instructions, technical material, correspondence, and invoice or payment references. Please share only information needed for the service and ensure you have authority to provide another person’s data. We do not ask you to send payment-card details.
2. The NDA form on this website
The NDA form prepares a signed copy in your browser. Its fields and signature are not submitted to WSI by the form, stored in an application database or saved in browser storage. They remain in the open page until it is closed or refreshed. Downloading saves a file to your device. Printing uses your browser or printer. You must attach the saved copy to an email yourself; opening the email link does not automatically attach or send it.
The signature record includes your entered details, agreement version, a reference and your device’s date and time. This is a typed electronic signature, not a certificate-based digital signature or independently verified identity record.
3. Why we use information
We use necessary information to respond to enquiries, enter into and perform contracts, prepare and deliver drafts, administer payments, and resolve support requests. Our legal bases are contractual necessity (including requested pre-contract steps), legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests in maintaining business correspondence, security and handling disputes, balanced against your rights. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Who may receive it
Information needed for delivery may be handled by authorised reviewers and service providers supporting hosting, email, storage, invoicing and AI-assisted drafting. Confidential technical material is subject to the NDA. WSI must limit access to the agreed purpose and use appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or to professional advisers for a legitimate business or legal purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are made on PayPal’s own website and are governed by its privacy terms. We receive payment information needed to reconcile invoices, rather than collecting card credentials through this site. Contact us before submitting material if you require details of the tools, providers or locations that will be used for your order.
5. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Before transferring personal data where transfer safeguards are required, WSI must ensure an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is in place, such as an adequacy arrangement or approved contractual safeguards. You can request details of the safeguards relevant to your information by email.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the relevant service, legal recordkeeping or a reasonably anticipated dispute. Retention is assessed by record type, contract requirements and applicable legal periods. Technical working material should be returned or deleted on request in accordance with the NDA, subject to necessary legal records and protected backups. Contact us for the retention arrangements applicable to your order.
WSI must take reasonable measures to protect information and restrict access to those who need it. No transmission or storage method is risk-free. Contact us before emailing particularly sensitive material so suitable arrangements can be agreed.
7. Website connections and cookies
The page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not save NDA details in local storage. The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs and may use essential access or security cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a browser request to that provider. PayPal is contacted when you follow its link. The estimated delivery counter is calculated on your device and uses no client-order data.
8. Your rights and complaints
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where relied upon. Email info@firstdraftz.ai; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or your relevant local regulator. We do not use the website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Updates
We will update this notice when the service or processing arrangements change. The version date appears above. Material changes affecting an existing engagement will be communicated as appropriate.
